सूरदास उवाच
दृष्ट्या ममानया नित्यमनालोकितलोकया |
साक्षात्कृतोसि गोविन्द प्रेमाञ्जनविशुद्धया ||
इतः परमपीच्छामि हर्षेणैवान्धतां प्रभो |
नापरं द्रष्टुमिच्छामि यत्कृत्वा तव दर्शनम् ||
Shri Surdas said
Oh! Govinda! You are seen in real form by my eyes which are very pure, which are beautified with the khajal of prem, and which have not seen any other thing in this world. Lord! I earnestly long to remain blind for ever. For, I do not want to see anything else after looking at You.
