श्रीतुकाराम उवाच
सत्सङ्गादद्य ते राजन् प्रस्थानं न हि रोचते |
तस्मिन्निवारायामि त्वां कीर्तनं शृणु निर्भयम् ||
संपदामार्जनं लोके विपदाञ्च विनाशनम् |
मङ्गलानां मङ्गलं तद्विट्ठलेषस्य कीर्तनम् ||
Shri Tukaram said
Oh, King! I do not think it is right to leave the company of the sadhus now. Hence I prevent you from going. Casting off all fears, continue your Hari-kirtan. Singing in praise of Lord Panduranga will eliminate all dangers and shower blessings. It is the greatest good of all that is good and benevolent.
